Our comprehensive class is designed to help you embrace the divine gift of childbirth while gaining practical knowledge and skills. Led by experienced mother/daughter doula team, we integrate spiritual guidance with evidence-based birth practices to support your natural birth journey..

  • We recommend taking the class between 20-34 weeks of pregnancy, though any time during pregnancy is acceptable.

  • While not required, we strongly encourage bringing your partner or primary support person to learn comfort measures and support techniques.

  • Don't worry! We have extra supplies available for use during class.
