Childbirth Education Classes
This four-hour class will help equip you with the tools you need for an amazing birth. We go over the childbirth process and show you any hands-on comfort measures as well as birthing positions.

We want to walk with you and support you and your decisions concerning your birth and postpartum. We meet with you several times so that you head into your labor and delivery feeling confident and well cared for.
To Thrive in motherhood begins with sleeping well.
We want families to feel supported in their parenting choices beginning with your baby’s sleeping skills.
Hi! We, Lora and Esther, are Catholic birth doulas as well as Sleep Consultants, who have decided to take back what it means to be a woman in this upside-down world and we want to bring YOU along with us.
One of us the mom of 12 children, Lora, and the other fun-loving-birth-nerd daughter , Esther, are here to help you navigate all things woman so that we can create a community of support for one another.
Whether you are a young adult, newly married, or on your umpteenth pregnancy we can support one another. Let’s take back what it means to be “girl-friends”. We are here to hold space with you.
